They're two of pop culture's most beloved screen dads, they've both got incredibly enviable facial hair, and they're already both set to strut their stuff together in Avengers: Doomsday next year, but that's not all that Pedro Pascal and David Harbour have in common — or at least, soon it won't be. Per Deadline's reporting, the Fantastic Four and Stranger Things stars are gearing up to join forces in Behemoth!, the next movie from Andor creator Tony Gilroy.
As Deadline's piece states, with Harbour set to hang up his Hopper hat after Stranger Things' forthcoming fifth and final season, the actor is starting to fill his pipeline with new projects once more. And now, as well as booking a second Santa Claus outing in Violent Night 2 and a Red Guardian return in the aforementioned Avengers: Doomsday, Harbour is in advanced negotiations to co-lead Gilroy's first post-Andor offering. Pascal on the other hand, who has enjoyed a particularly fruitful 2025 between The Materialists, The Last Of Us Season 2, The Fantastic Four: First Steps, and Eddington, has been attached to the secretive Behemoth! for a couple of months now.

At this point in time, precious little is actually known about what Behemoth! — which purportedly centres around a cellist — entails exactly, although Gilroy did enigmatically tell Deadline the following in an interview back in May: "It’s about movie music, the people who make it." Now that doesn't exactly give us much to grow on, granted, but given Gilroy's oeuvre — which includes most of the Bourne movies, Michael Clayton, The Negotiator, and of course Andor — we wouldn't be surprised if Behemoth! is in fact not a musical but rather winds up being a (geopolitical) thriller of some sort about a man under pressure.
With cameras set to roll on Behemoth! in Los Angeles later this year, we expect we'll be finding out a lot more about what Gilmore's been cooking soon enough. And until then, we're seated. (In truth, we have been ever since Andor finished.)
